We are the first 24 hour helpline for London, manned by licensed London taxi
drivers and provided by Knowledge Capital Limited. By calling 0906 265 6565
you will be connected directly to a licensed London taxi driver who will be
able to provide the following services:

• live directions - we will give you directions from where you are to where you want to go. If you call from a mobile we will automatically use your network to locate which London postcode you are in (there is no charge for this) and, as all calls are recorded, should you forget any of the directions you can dial back and listen to a recording of them.
• live navigation - our taxi drivers can stay on the line with you, step-by-step or turn-by-turn, to navigate you to your destination, making good use of landmarks and points of interest. Their experience of many years driving on London roads means that they can help with lane control and how to deal with busy traffic. Our taxi drivers know every one-way street and no left and right turns, as well as the speed limits in central London.
• shortcuts - if you are stuck in traffic and in a hurry, we can tell you if
  there is a shortcut or quicker route to your destination. There isn't always a "get out" but, if there is, the taxi drivers will know it. Use our experience to give yourself access to those infamous "back doubles" and "rat runs" for which London taxi drivers are famous.
• "Where is...?" - if you need to find a hotel, restaurant, theatre, train
  station, hospital, gallery, stadium, place of worship, embassy, courts, places of worship, town halls, government buildings, offices, police stations, clubs, museums, schools and universities, tourist attractions and other points of interest, we will be able to tell you where they are and how to get there. These are all learned by taxi drivers as part of their 'Knowledge' training.
• "Where can I park?" - tell us where in London you'd like to go and we'll
  advise you on where you can park nearby.
