The Knowledge newsletter can be enjoyed in any mailbox and we recommend marking our email address as not junk to ensure you receive it every day. The website can be viewed on most current web and mobile browsers and our app can be downloaded from the app stores both on iOS and Android devices. Reading The Knowledge app on iPhones requires iOS11 and above.

Is The Knowledge free?

Yes, The Knowledge content is currently free.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

To sign up for the daily newsletter, simply click ‘Sign up for our daily newsletter’ on our website and enter an email address.

If for any reason you are unable to sign up, please contact us via the details on the Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if I see an unknown error on the app?

  • First, check you have enough storage on your device using the instructions below:

  • Go to settings on the homepage of your device

  • Check “General”

  • Click on “iPad/iPhone storage”

  • Review available space.

  • Scroll down to see how much space The Knowledge app is taking up on your phone

  • If you have enough storage and are still experiencing issues, contact [email protected]

I can’t find my app on my device anymore

You may have accidentally deleted the app from your home screen. Simply go into your relevant app store and download the app.

How do I change the text size of articles in the app

Go into “Settings”, under the “Text Size” option, use your finger to hold and drag the black dot. Holding and dragging to the right will render your text bigger; holding and dragging to the left will render the text smaller.

How often is content updated on the app?

Content will be updated every day Monday – Friday before lunchtime and on a Friday evening with a longer read for the weekend.
