1. Why are some people able to read The Knowledge for free when I’ve been asked to pay?
All new subscribers receive a three-month free trial. After that time is up, they will also hit our paywall, and have to sign up if they want to keep receiving The Knowledge in full every day.
2. Why do you charge for The Knowledge?
The Knowledge, like any other product, comes with costs: labour, office space, insurance and so on. This is why media outlets worth reading tend to have paywalls. We would love to send you The Knowledge for free, but everything has a price.
3. I’m having trouble with my subscription

4. How can I cancel my subscription?
We hope you won’t, but if your mind is made up then just log into your account on our website, click on your profile icon in the upper right hand corner and click “Manage Subscription”. To receive The Knowledge twice a week for free, click “downgrade”. Be sure not to click on “unsubscribe”, or you will stop receiving our emails altogether.
